Fitness Level Assessment

30 minutes: $25

We will run a few assessments that will determine your starting level.  This gives us a much better understanding of how to design and perform a training routine.

Monthly Rate

Monthly rates are available upon request.  During our discussion we can work out a training schedule, payment arrangement, and all other details.

Exercise Blast

30 minutes: $30

This exercise routine is designed to be a quick fast paced session.  We will go hard and heavy to provide a variety of exercises that will target multiple muscle groups.  The session is perfect for people with a busy schedule.

Upper Body

60 minutes: $50

A routine designed to hit the entire upper body.  Here we go through every inch from the waist up.

Lower Body

60 minutes: $50

Designed to hit those legs and core muscle hard and heavy.  We do a variety of exercises that target the legs and abs, while also working on endurance and balance.

Full Body

75 minutes: $65

We are going to hit top to bottom and back up again.  This program is created to provide an entire body workout.

60 minutes: $60

You tell me what you want to work today.  Do you feel like a certain area just isn't getting enough attention?  Perhaps, you just want certain areas of your body to be more toned than others.  We can make that happen.
